Hoi! (Sean Godsall and Jon Lewis) have been producing and DJing since late 2009.
Their debut release 'Four On The Floor' was picked up and heavily supported by Kissy Sell Out on his Radio 1 show and was also played at Radio 1's 'One Big Weekend'. The track was picked up by UK Label 'Filthy Bitch' and remixed by artists such as Vandal, Eats Everything, Figure and Dodge & Fuski.
Throughout 2010, Hoi! continued to receive BBC Radio 1 support from Kissy Sell Out, as well as gaining support from Annie Nightingale and Judge Jules with many of their productions getting airplay.
Future tracks and releases were similarly supported and picked up by even bigger labels such as Rico Tubbs' Bass=Win, LU10 Records and Miles Dyson's Plasmapool.
Over the last year, they have gained further support from huge names such as Foamo, Will Bailey, Dem Slackers, Reset!, Figure, Eats Everything, Jay Robinson, Lee Mortimer and many, many more.
In the summer of 2011, Hoi! played at 2 festivals in the space of a week. Firstly playing the 'Escape into the Park' event held in Swansea, alongside acts such as Pendulum, Jaguar Skills and Judge Jules to name a few. Only 7 days later, they played 2 sets at the 'BeachBreak Festival' alongside Nero, Example, Beardyman and many more.
2012 will see even bigger and better things for the duo, with tracks being quickly snapped up by labels such as Will Bailey's Simma, LU10 Records and Royal One Records.
Hoi!'s first remix for 2012 is the Cut La Roc classic 'Freeze', which will be released on Skint Records. This will be followed by a remix of Will Bailey's 'Mean Streets'.
Hoi! have played in and around South Wales, also playing at the legendary Ministry of Sound London club alongside Eats Everything, Ferry Corsten and others.
They've held residencies in Wales, including Dench!, The Locker and currently WonkaVision, playing alongside huge names such as Kissy Sell Out, Flux Pavilion, Zinc, Ed Solo and countless other big hitters.
Hoi! are supported by clothing label 'Dirty Smart' along with other names such as Deadmau5, Laidback Luke, Michael Woods and Micky Slim.
